Hello Donna and Rob: We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your motel.
Lake Winnipesaukee is such a beautiful area and staying at your place was like being at home.
The efficiency apartment was decorated so nice, and I enjoyed the special touch of the stuffed animals.
It was a pleasure meeting you and if we have the chance to visit NH again, we will definitely stay at your motel.
We've already told our friends how great it is!

| While some of the rooms have rustic pine paneling with tall ceilings so those with skiis don't have to leave them outside, the other rooms are a bit more contemporary. You will find all to be clean and comfortable. Most have been recently redecorated with unique themes. All have full baths with showers. We would like to thank you for the great night stay we had last night. finding your motel last year on the internet was fantastic. A great place to stay. It's so relaxing and the hospitality is super. Looking forward to coming over in the fall. sincerely,linda J. All single units have a queen bed, the two-bed units each come with a queen and full sized bed. All come equiped with microwaves and refrigerators. Adjoining rooms are available.

If you want to relax ....
 |  Our large effeciency apartment is perfect for families or groups. This one bedroom unit comes with a queen and single bed in the bedroom area, which is not private. The living room has a sectional fold-out couch, vcr, tv and table. Prepare (but you're on vacation, remember?) complete meals in the fully equiped kitchen. Has its own full bath with tub and shower. What makes this one special however is the front porch that runs the length of the apartment. Overlooking the back yard, this peaceful screened in room comes with two day beds, another tv, writing desk, and large table perfect for card playing.

| Residing right next door to the motel is a two bedroom home with its own screened in porch. The residence is approx. 800 sq. ft. Comfortably appointed with all of the ammenities one would need (full sized kitchen with everything needed for meal preparation. Full bath with full tub/shower, DVD\VCR player, etc ...) for an extended stay, or just for the weekend, this home offers much more than your typical cottage. Just bring the family as everything else is there! Available at a reduced weekly rates. Sleeps 6 and perfect for retaining the creature comforts while on vacation.
